We usually purchase raw materials from authoritative raw material suppliers. The raw materials of the suppliers must have basic   SGS or MSDS certificates  to ensure the quality of raw materials.

Each batch of raw materials will be counted and inspected by professional quality inspectors, and the required materials will be formulated according to the needs of different orders to prevent the use of wrong materials!

During production, the products of each machine must be inspected every 30 minutes to ensure that the products are free of defects and dirt. Once found, immediately notify the maintenance personnel to repair and check.

When the order needs to enter the gasket and the quantity reaches more than 500,000, it will arrange to use a fully automated gasket machine to enter the gasket, and the daily production capacity will   reach 100,000+, with better efficiency and better quality, providing customers with more time to order Positioning and scheduling of shipping.

Every day, The commissioner checks the vacuum tightness  and torque test of the lid, and records product information. If there is a problem with the lid, prompt the production department and deal with the corresponding problem!

Before shipping, the quality inspection department must inspect each box of goods. The inspection includes the color limit version of the order, whether the order model is accurate, and whether the product has defects and oil stains. Be sure to notify the salesperson for inspection before carton packaging! The intention is to ensure that customers can ship without any worries, return orders smoothly, and make both profitable!
